63 Hour CD-ROM Course
This course gives you the 63 hours of credit you need in order to become a licensed real estate Sales Associate. (Salesperson) You must also meet the following requirements, unless exempted from one or more of the respective requirements by the Florida Real Estate Commission: be at least 18 years of age; be a high school graduate or holder of a certificate of equivalency; (from any country) and pass the state real estate sales exam. You do NOT need to be a resident of Florida or be a citizen of the USA .
You will be able to access the course from any computer worldwide that has internet access.
This course introduces the basic principles and theories of property based on Florida Real Estate License Law and the Florida Real Estate Commission's regulations on real estate matters in Florida as these apply to sales agents.
